PickleOPQ Privacy Policy

PickleOPQ collects account, booking, payment, and profile data needed to operate open play, reservations, tournaments, coaching, payments, notifications, and support.
Data We Collect
- Email address, name, username, and optional phone number.
- Profile details such as player level, DUPR identifiers, membership status, and avatar or profile photo if uploaded.
- Payment metadata including payment reference, amount, method, status, purchase history, and manual payment proof photos or files.
- Session, booking, tournament, coaching, wallet, notification, and audit history needed for app functionality.
- Google OAuth account identifiers when a user signs in with Google.
- Mobile push device token, platform, and provider if push notifications are enabled.
How We Use Data
- Create and secure accounts.
- Run open play queues, bookings, tournaments, coaching, check-in, payments, wallet, and notifications.
- Verify manual payment proof and prevent fraud.
- Provide support, audit trails, operational reporting, and service reliability.
- Send transactional emails and push notifications when configured.
Retention
Manual payment proof file bytes are retained for up to 90 days after completed verification unless a longer period is required for dispute, fraud, accounting, or legal reasons. Account, booking, payment metadata, audit history, and profile data are retained until deleted or no longer needed for app functionality, legal, accounting, or security needs.
Third Parties
PickleOPQ uses PayMongo for payment processing and Google OAuth for optional Google sign-in. Email, hosting, database, and storage providers may process data only to operate the service.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@pickleopq.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Tracking
PickleOPQ does not sell personal data and does not use collected data for cross-app or cross-site tracking.
