PickleOPQ Terms of Service

Effective date: May 29, 2026

These terms govern use of PickleOPQ for open play, reservations, tournaments, coaching, payments, notifications, and club operations.

Eligibility

Users must provide accurate account information and follow venue rules, staff instructions, posted schedules, and safety policies. Staff and admin accounts may only use elevated capabilities for authorized club operations.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not abuse queues, registrations, rankings, payments, chat, notifications, or staff workflows.
  • Do not upload false payment proof, impersonate another person, or submit misleading profile or DUPR information.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to private, staff, admin, payment, tournament, or user data.
  • Do not interfere with the app, venue operations, or other players.

Payments

Fees, wallet credits, refunds, and payment status are governed by venue policy and the posted checkout or manual payment instructions. Manual payment proof remains pending until staff verifies it. PayMongo payments are processed by PayMongo under its own terms.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the venue, event, booking, tournament, coaching, or session policy shown at purchase or communicated by staff. Contact support@pickleopq.com for refund requests.

User Content

Users are responsible for uploaded photos, payment proof, profile data, chat content, and tournament or booking information they submit. PickleOPQ may remove content that is inaccurate, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or not needed for app functionality.

Service Availability

PickleOPQ may change, suspend, or limit features for maintenance, security, compliance, venue operations, or product updates.

Liability

PickleOPQ is provided as operational software for clubs and players. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PickleOPQ is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, venue disputes, player injuries, third-party payment issues, or interruptions outside its control.
